Research interests

Effect of social norms in HRM. For example, the effect of societal gender norm internalized as gender role orientation within individuals shape the dynamics between work-family interface differently. Also, uncovering mechanism behind the automation process within the workplace is current research interest. For instance, jobs that are less susceptible to automation require higher skill levels which are difficult to achieve without access to quality training and education.
